What material do you use in your clothes?

All our products are made from scratch (or from yarn) in Peru, complying with all health and quality processes. We use 100% pima modal cotton, French terry, rib, tencel, linen and more.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all credit cards and debit cards. Additionally, if you decide to complete your purchase through WhatsApp or Instagram you can pay through bank transfers through BCP and BBVA or Yape and link payment (with cards).

Do you ship to all of Peru?

Yes, we reach all of Peru!

How much are the shipping costs?

The cost for shipping within Metropolitan Lima is S/. 15.00 and for the province it is S/. 20.00.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; and they are sent from 5pm. The motorist will contact the indicated number to coordinate the delivery of your product.
  • Shipments to the province are made through Olva and are sent on Mondays and Thursdays.

What exactly happens after placing the order?

After placing your order through our website, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process the purchase and prepare the order to be scheduled for shipping.

Can changes or returns be made?

Yes, we want you to feel 100% happy with your purchase, which is why we invite you to review our exchange and return policy.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact our team via WhatsApp or Instagram and we will seek to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can contact our team by WhatsApp or Instagram to verify if the order has been shipped.

What is "package tracking" on my orders?

We send all orders to destinations outside of Lima through Olva Courier, who will provide us with a shipping number which can be requested by WhatsApp or inbox for tracking.
